KisanPukar — Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your KisanPukar account, your profile, your whole conversation and your voice recordings in either of these ways.
In the app (fastest)
- Open KisanPukar and go to the Profile tab.
- Choose Delete account and confirm. (To keep your account and only clear the conversation, choose Delete my messages instead.)
Deletion starts immediately and cannot be undone.
By email
Write to us from the Google account you signed in with, so we can be sure it is you:
Your message can be as simple as “Please delete my KisanPukar account.” We complete deletion within 30 days and reply when it is done.
What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in (your email address and credit balance are kept, see below)
- Your profile (name, city, village, land size)
- Your entire conversation — every message and answer
- Your marketplace demands, if you posted any
- Your app settings
Voice recordings and pictures you sent stay in our file storage until they delete themselves (voice recordings after about 6 months, pictures after about 2 years); after deletion they are no longer linked to you or to any account. Copies inside short-lived server logs (kept at most 7 days) expire on their own.
What we keep
We keep your email address and your credit balance (plan, free and paid credits, and the record of credits added to your account) after you delete your account, so that signing up again with the same email gives you the same credits and not a new free allowance. We also keep a dated record that you signed up and deleted. Nothing else is kept with it: no name, profile or messages. To have your email address and credit balance erased too, write to [email protected] from the same Google account and we erase them and reply when it is done.
